Over 40 people attended the pre-conference wire strike and survival training on Friday, September 17th and over 50 people attended the main conference at the McConnell Heart Center on Saturday, September 18th. The keynote speaker this year was Jonathon Godfrey with his presentation titled “Enhancing Workplace Safety, Organizations That Get It”. Breakout sessions included; Ambulance Safety, Flying In the Wired Obstructive Environment, Weapons Of Mass Destruction, Helicopter Safety For First Responders, Inadvertent IMC For Medical Crews, Sleep Deprivation, and OACCT Landing Zone Safety. Over 330 CEUs’ were awarded for attendance throughout the conference!
